Then you take it away, and that is a real option rather than a polite one. We grade in front of you and explain what we are looking at, so you can see the marks we are pricing. Nobody is asked to accept a figure they think is wrong.
No, and neither should anybody else. A device still under a bill pay or finance agreement is not yours to sell until it is cleared, and it can be blocked on the network afterwards, which leaves the buyer with a brick and us out of pocket.
