For organisations

Business phone repair, and everything else you run.

A device out of action is a person not working. For companies running more than a handful of them, a series of one-off repairs is the expensive way to handle that.

What changes when it is a company device.

Three things, mostly. The first is downtime: the measure that matters is not how long the repair takes but how long the device is away from the person who needs it, which is a different number once you count the driving.

The second is consistency. Twenty handsets repaired twenty different ways, with twenty different parts and twenty receipts, is a problem for whoever has to account for it. The same part, the same warranty and one invoice is not.

The third is data. Every repair here is hardware only: nothing on a device is read, copied or moved, and where a repair genuinely needs the device unlocked we ask rather than assume. For anything under a mobile device management policy, that distinction usually matters to somebody in IT.

How the arrangement works.

Collection and return runs across Dublin on weekdays. Devices are collected from your office, repaired and bench-tested, and returned to the same address, usually inside two to four working days. For a batch, that is one pickup rather than a queue of people driving to Drumcondra.

Bulk pricing applies once there is volume rather than a single handset, and it is quoted against your actual device mix rather than a published rate card. Ask and you get a written price.

Urgent single devices get priority on the bench. Where a screen or a battery can be done same-day it is, and where it cannot we say so before the device is collected rather than after.

  • Priority turnaround on the bench
  • Bulk pricing quoted against your device mix
  • Weekday collection and return across Dublin
  • One invoice rather than twenty receipts
  • Hardware-only repairs, nothing read or copied
  • 360-day warranty on parts and workmanship

What we handle.

Phones and tablets: screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, water damage and board-level faults across iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel and the rest.

Laptops: MacBook and Windows both. Screens, keyboards after a spill, batteries, charging circuits, storage upgrades and the fan cleaning that fixes most of what gets reported as a slow machine.

Fleet triage: a box of devices that have accumulated in a cupboard, sorted into what is worth repairing, what is worth trading in, and what should be recycled. That is a free assessment and it usually pays for itself in the trade-in value alone.

End of life, and what it is worth.

Devices that are past repair still have value, and a company replacing handsets in batches is usually sitting on more of it than it realises. We buy trade-ins, grade them in front of you and pay in cash or in credit against repairs.

Every device we take in is wiped properly and account locks are cleared before it goes anywhere. If your policy needs a record of that, ask and it comes with the paperwork.

Yes, once there is volume rather than a single device. It is quoted against your actual mix of models and faults rather than a published rate, so ask with a rough list and you get a written price back.

Weekdays, anywhere in Dublin. Devices are collected, repaired, bench-tested and returned to the same address, usually inside two to four working days.

No. Repairs are hardware only. Nothing is read, copied or moved, and where a repair genuinely requires the device to be unlocked we ask rather than assume.

Yes. That is the usual arrangement for business work, and it can carry a purchase order reference if your accounts department needs one.

Tell us before the repair. MDM does not usually affect a hardware repair, but it can affect testing afterwards, and it is better handled before the device is opened than after.

MacBook and Windows both, including board-level faults on machines that will not power on. Screens, keyboards, batteries, storage and cooling are all routine.

Nothing to pay, and if you want, we will price them as a trade-in instead. Devices we buy are wiped and account locks cleared, and we can give you a record of that if your policy needs one.

No. It is a standing arrangement rather than a commitment, and there is no minimum volume to keep it open.
