Another option

Worth repairing instead?

If your Pixel 7 is only let down by a screen or a battery, repairing it is often worth more than selling it as-is. We will tell you honestly which way leaves you better off.

What to expect

Twenty minutes, start to finish.

Sign out first

An account still signed in is what stops most sales at the counter. Do that at home and the rest takes minutes rather than a second trip.

Five minutes at home

Bring it to Richmond Road

Walk in with the device and photo ID. The charger and box are worth bringing if you still have them, because a complete device grades higher.

No appointment

Take cash or take credit

Credit is always the bigger number and covers repairs as well as devices. Cash is there for when you would rather have the money.

Timing

The sweet spot in 2026.

This is the age where most Pixel 7 handsets come through the door, and where the battery usually decides the grade. If yours is holding a full day it will grade well. If it is not, ask about a battery before you sell, because a device that lasts a day is worth more to us than the cell costs to fit.

Asked all the time

Selling Pixel 7 questions.

We price every Pixel 7 on the day, against condition, storage and what the market is paying that week. Pick the grade above for our figure, and we confirm it when we see the device. Credit is always worth more than cash.

Yes. A cracked Pixel 7 drops a grade rather than losing the sale, because we fit the screen ourselves. Bring it in as it is and we will price it honestly.

Yes. Factory reset protection ties the phone to the last Google account signed into it, so sign out before you reset it rather than after.

We check the IMEI against the blocked list before paying, which is why the check happens in front of you rather than afterwards. A device reported lost or stolen is one we cannot buy, and we would rather find that out at the counter than a week later.

Every device is wiped before it goes anywhere near resale, and we do it properly rather than deleting the visible files. Sign out of your accounts first anyway: a device still tied to an account cannot be sold on and we cannot remove that for you.

The same visit. We check the device in front of you, agree the grade, and pay before you leave. There is no waiting for a transfer or a postal cheque.

No, and neither should anybody else. A device still under a bill pay or finance agreement is not yours to sell until it is cleared, and it can be blocked on the network afterwards, which leaves the buyer with a brick and us out of pocket.

Only with the owner present or with something in writing from them, plus photo ID. It is not us being difficult: buying second-hand devices carries a legal obligation to record who we bought from.
