Where we are

Getting here
From the city centre the 1, 11, 13, 16, 33, 41 and 44 bus routes all run along or close to Drumcondra Road, and it is around fifteen minutes from O'Connell Street.
From DCU or Glasnevin it is a short hop down Griffith Avenue or the Ballymun Road. From Clontarf, Fairview and Marino, cross at Fairview and follow the Richmond Road.
What to bring
The device, and the passcode available if you have one. We do not need your Apple ID or Google password for hardware work, and we will never ask for it, but some repairs cannot be fully tested without unlocking the device.
If you are selling or trading in, bring photo ID. We are required to record it when buying second-hand devices, and we cannot complete a purchase without it.
- The device itself
- Your passcode, if it has one
- Photo ID if you are selling or trading in
- The charger and box if you still have them, for a trade-in
What happens while you wait
Most phone screen and battery repairs are done in 15 to 45 minutes, on the bench, in the shop. You are welcome to wait. There is no back room your device disappears into and nothing is sent away.
Anything board-level, liquid damage, or a repair that needs a part ordered gets assessed first, and you get a firm price and a timeframe before you decide.
If you cannot get to us
We collect and return anywhere in Dublin, Monday to Friday. Tell us where you are and we arrange a time. The warranty is the same as a walk-in repair.
Outside Dublin we are not set up for collection, so the device would need to come to the shop.
