The Apple Watch Series 7 came out in 2021, with a 41 mm or 45 mm Always-On Retina LTPO OLED display and the S7 SiP chip. It charges on a magnetic charging puck and it unlocks with a passcode, or from a paired iPhone. There is an aluminium or stainless steel frame, and it is rated IP6X and 50 metres water resistant. The first Watch with the larger 41 and 45 mm cases and the flatter, more curved front glass. Its screens do not fit a Series 6. The one sold in Ireland is A2473.
