Phone screens and batteries on the models we hold parts for, which is most of them. Fifteen to forty-five minutes at the counter, and you get the phone back before you have finished a coffee.
Charging ports are usually same day, and on a good share of them the answer is a clean rather than a part, which is quicker again. Back glass and cameras are same day where the part is on the shelf.
What is not same day: anything that has to be assessed before it can be quoted, and anything needing a part we do not hold. We tell you which at the counter, before you leave the device, rather than after.

What makes a repair take longer.
The part is not on the shelf. Common models are held; an older phone, an unusual variant or a laptop panel chosen by part number is an order-in, and then the repair takes as long as the courier does.
The fault is not what it looked like. A screen that turns out to be a board fault is a different job at a different price, and we stop and tell you rather than pressing on.
It has been opened before, badly. Stripped screws, torn flexes and the wrong screws in the wrong holes all have to be put right before the repair you came in for can start.
