We test the device against the symptoms you describe, open it if we need to, and identify the actual fault rather than the obvious one. You get told what is wrong, what it costs and how long it takes, and you decide from there.
Yes, and there is no obligation to go ahead. If you decide not to repair it, you take it away and pay nothing.
Walk in. We are at 4 Richmond Road, Drumcondra, Dublin 3, open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. Closed Sunday. You can also book online and we will confirm a slot, or ask us to collect the device anywhere in Dublin, Monday to Friday.
360 days on parts and workmanship. If the same fault comes back and it was not caused by new damage, we repair it again at no cost. Accidental damage, liquid damage after the repair and cracked glass are not covered.
Yes, including VAT, the part, the fitting and the testing. If we find something else once we are inside, we ring you before doing anything, and you can say no and pay nothing.
No. These are hardware repairs and we do not open, copy or erase anything on the device. Back it up first anyway, because any device that already has a fault can fail further while it is being worked on.

Most of the time, yes, if we have the part on the shelf. That covers common iPhone and Galaxy screens and batteries. Ring ahead on 085 200 1155 with your model if you are coming across the city and want to be sure.
