The Galaxy S25 Ultra came out in 2025, with a 6.9 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip. It charges over USB-C and it unlocks with an ultrasonic fingerprint reader under the display. It is rated IP68. Four rear cameras in separate rings, a titanium frame with squared-off corners, and the S Pen in a slot at the bottom. Ireland gets the SM-S938B.

SM-S938B is the European model sold in Ireland. Samsung uses different suffixes in other regions and the repair is the same. Model numbers are the ones printed in the device's own settings.
