The iPhone 11 Pro arrived in 2019, with a 5.8 inch Super Retina XDR OLED display and the A13 Bionic chip. It charges over Lightning and it unlocks with Face ID. It is rated IP68. Three cameras in a square, a matt glass back and a stainless steel frame, on the smaller of the two 11 Pro bodies. The one sold in Ireland is A2215.

Recovery and repair are not the same job, and doing them in the wrong order can cost you both.

Repair it first. A working phone gives up its data far more easily and cheaply than a dead one.

Bring it in now and do not charge it. Every day of corrosion reduces what can be recovered.
IfYou have a cloud backup
Check what is already backed up before paying for anything. Sometimes the answer is that it is all there already, and we would rather tell you that.
IfThe storage chip itself is damaged
Be prepared for the answer to be no. We will say so plainly rather than charging you to find out slowly.
IfIt still powers on at all
Start there. A device that boots, even badly, is far more likely to give its data up than one that does not.
If you are not sure which of these you have, that is what the free diagnostic is for. It costs nothing and it is the step that stops people paying for the wrong repair.
What parts do we fit?
Where Apple supplies a service part for this component, that is what goes in. Where it does not, we fit premium aftermarket and say so. Which of the two you are getting is settled before you agree to anything, and the 360-day warranty does not change between them.
Nobody here will call a part original when it is not. If what fits your phone is premium aftermarket, you hear that word at the counter rather than reading it on a docket afterwards.

It stays in the shop. The work is done on our own bench by the technicians who do it every day of the week.

Nothing is handed back untested. The repaired part and its neighbours are all checked first.

Pick it up from Richmond Road or have it couriered back across Dublin. Either way it carries the 360-day warranty.
Is anything on the device at risk?
This is hardware work. We do not need to go into your photos, messages or accounts to do it, and we do not.
We do need to switch the device on and use it to test the repair, so we may ask for your passcode. If you would rather not hand it over, tell us and we will show you what we cannot verify without it. Any passcode you give us goes on the paper docket and the docket gets shredded. It is never stored in our system.
Back the device up before any repair. Not because we expect to lose anything, but because a device that has already been dropped is one whose storage has already been shaken, and a backup costs nothing.
What about the water resistance?
After any repair, ours included, work on the assumption that the device is no longer water resistant.
The rating on the box was measured once, on a sealed unit, in controlled conditions. It was never a promise about the device three years later. Adhesive hardens, seals compress and a single drop can break the seal without leaving a mark you would notice.
We reseal with fresh adhesive and it does a real job: rain, splashes and a wet counter are all fine. A submerged phone is not, and we would rather say that plainly than let you find out.
If yours goes near water regularly, say so at the counter and we will tell you what the adhesive covers and what it does not.
The 360-day warranty
Every completed repair is covered for 360 days on the part and the workmanship. If the display we fitted fails, or the fitting was at fault, we put it right at no charge.
What it does not cover is a new accident. A phone dropped again after the repair, fresh physical damage, liquid damage, or a fault in a part we did not touch, all sit outside it. That is the same limit any honest repair warranty has.
No fix, no fee. The diagnostic is free, and if the repair does not happen you pay nothing.

- Send it in yourselfPost it to the shop with a tracked, insured service and a note with your number. We cannot cover a parcel in transit, and that is the honest trade-off for the route existing.
