Selling us stock.
We buy device lots: end-of-lease handsets, upgrade batches from companies, and mixed boxes that have been accumulating in a storeroom. Working or not, because a broken device still has parts value and it is better to know that than to bin it.
Everything is graded in front of you against the same A, B and C scale the shop uses on its own stock, and the grade is explained rather than asserted. A phone marked B is marked B because of something specific.
Payment is cash or credit, and credit is worth more because it comes back to us. For anything larger than a handful of units the price is quoted per grade rather than as one lump, so you can see what you are actually being paid for.
Buying from us.
Stock changes constantly, so there is no fixed catalogue for trade. What is consistent is the condition: everything that leaves this bench has been tested the same way a repair is tested, wiped properly, and had account locks cleared. A device that arrives locked is a device nobody can sell.
Grading is the same scale in both directions, which is the point of using one. If you buy a B from us it means the same thing as a B we bought from you.
Tell us the models and quantities you are after and we will say what is coming through rather than promising stock we do not have.

Bench work for other shops.
Not every repair shop has a microscope and a hot air station, and there is no reason every shop should. We take board-level work from other shops on a trade basis: no-power faults, charging ICs, backlight circuits, water damage and data recovery from boards that will not run.
It is quoted the same way as any other board work: free diagnostic, firm price once the fault is found, nothing to pay if it cannot be repaired. The difference is the turnaround, which is prioritised for trade, and the fact that we do not deal with your customer.
The device comes back to you and what you charge for it is your business.
