What causes it
- Packed debris in the earpiece or speaker mesh, which is extremely common

What to do right now
- Work out which is failing: can you not hear them, or can they not hear you
- Try speakerphone, which uses a different speaker to the earpiece
- Try a voice memo, which tests the microphone on its own
- Look at the earpiece mesh under a light for compacted grey lint

360 days on parts and workmanship. If the same fault comes back and it was not caused by new damage, we repair it again at no cost. Accidental damage, liquid damage after the repair and cracked glass are not covered.
For common faults on common models, yes, and the price is on the page you are reading. For anything with no clear symptom, liquid damage especially, nobody can price it honestly without opening it, so we do that for free first.
