Two different jobs. A cracked lens cover over the camera is a small part and a quick fix. Blurry photos, a black frame, or a camera that will not focus usually means the module behind it. The diagnostic tells us which, and it is free.

No. These are hardware repairs and we do not open, copy or erase anything on the device. Back it up first anyway, because any device that already has a fault can fail further while it is being worked on.
Yes for ordinary screen, battery and port work. Knox is a security flag tied to the software, not to these parts, and normal hardware repairs do not trip it.
